Hawaiian Pizza – My family loves pizza. And since I'm a real big fan of Monterey Jack cheese and chicken, this pizza is high on my list. And what makes it even better is it's quick and easy.
I also really like her chicken pot pie. I substitute the carrots and celery with broccoli and cauliflower. YUM!
And I can cook the chicken for both the pot pie and the pizza at the same time.
Like I have said on other posts, I like barbecues. I'll have to go with her Barbecue Roasted Salmon. Salmon is my favorite fish to cook. It is a hard fish to get just right because it is easy to over cook it. It needs to be taken off the grill when the center is still under cooked. Then the fish will finish cooking while you bring it to the table.
