Where is everyone?
What happened to everyone? No one seems to post here anymore.
Where did you all go?

They are all posting on Tyler's, Emeril's and Paula's board. Oh and Good Eats is pretty busy too. Come on and talk to us. We will talk to you and you can still talk about chocolate!

Muffy, Glad to see you are still here. I hoped it was because you have been busy. With Easter being so close to Valentines Day it will be busy this year. When you get a chance let us know how things are going. I enjoy your post.
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY to everyone ! Be sure to give something CHOCOLATE.

Hey Swish and Muffy how are you all doing? I'm been busy with work and expirenceing my new Hillards' Little Dipper!! Yep I finally bought one and I'm so glad I did. What a difference it makes in your chocolate. I've signed up for the online course Escole and I did go to the Fancy Food Show at Mascone Center in January. That was exhausting. I'm having a great time learning new things and finding out all about what it takes to open a business. I haven't gone back to that chocolate shop because I need to get in a little better shape as far as being able to stand for long peroids of time. I joined Weight Watcher and have lost 8.2 pounds and haven't really been depriving myself. I still eat a little good chocolate and I've joined a health spa to work on Strenght and conditioning. That's enough about me how are you all doing? Swish, what type of business do you have and how did you go about opening or starting your own business? Any Muffy, what is going on in your world? Hows is the basment kitchen coming along. I've missed you guys sorry I haven't posted in awhile.
Take care and please reply back. I missed talking to all of you....

Hi Rena, It's great to hear from you. I have been wondering what you thought of the show. Congratulatons on buying a tempering machine. It really makes things go faster without wonering about the temper of the chocolate. You will get a lot more done in less time with the machine. I really congratulate you on trying to lose weight while working with chocolate. What helps me is a low fat diet and walking. This is something I have done for several years. But when I am really busy I do have trouble getting out to walk. Just don't skip meals or you will be tempted to eat some chocolate while working. I know from experience.
I know what you mean about the standing. I do get a tight lower back after a full day of standing and working with chocolate. I have a large order coming up where I have to make 800 peices of chocolate including truffles and I know I will be stiff. But it goes away. Fortunately I have until March 21st. I have a home business and do 2 shows a year and do custom orders. I do a 2 day show in Williamsburg, VA in Dec. and it brings in lot's of vacationer's for the grand illumination weekend. This is a big show for me. I get several return customers and pre-orders.
