I have left over beef stew. I'm going to pick up some wide noodles to serve with it. I also didn't make all my asparagus, so I'll steam the rest of those.

Mmmm, I love breakfast for dinner. Tonight I'm not cooking--there's a Greek Festival going on tonight so I'm gonna chow down on gyros, stuffed grape leaves, all that good stuff. Opaa!

Also another breakfast for dinner lover checking in! It's still breakfast time here, but I do have some chicken thighs de-frosting in the fridge. I'm going to bake them in the oven with some soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped onions, a bay leaf or two, a splash of white vinegar and alittle bit of water. It's my rendition of a Filipino dish called Adobo! Very yummy and goes great with jasmin rice. Usually this dish is made on the stovetop, but I like bake it instead so I don't have to babysit the item I'm cooking.
