What's Cooking Wednesday???

Really hot here today......unseasonably so. Anywhoo....don't feel like working up a sweat in the kitchen so I picked up some dough and I promised the kids they could make their own pizzas. I'll make mine and hubby's.

For once its on the cool side here in southern CT, y'all. At this point I don't know what I'll be doing for dinner as Roomie just informed me that she and my daughter will be volunteering tonight to help set up the Oyster Festival (check out www.norwalkct.org/tourism if you want to know more, it's a festival that's been going on for something like 27 years...) and will probably either go out on their own or bring their own food home. Hmmmm, sounds like a diner night for me.

I think I am making chicken wings. Don't know if I will bake them or to them up terriyaki style. Have no idea what to have with them. Maybe a baked potato or rice. Its pretty hot here again. In fact we have fires burning in the east county. This is our fire time of year and sometimes some of the hottest days of summer come about now.

It's unseasonably warm here as well. Too tired to cook and to lazy to shop so I went thru McDonald's drive-thru for dinner. Fish Fillet sandwich, salad and a sprite. Yummy.
