Tomorrow ends up being mini meatballs and pasta. It was supposed to be meatloaf but I got started late tonight and meatloaf takes less time to get in the oven compared to dozens of meatballs (we make tablespoon sized ones). Paired with broccoli and garlic bread and maybe a glass of wine if I get lucky.
We'll just have lasagna and some vegetable salad, a left over for today. I think I'd like to learn cooking some international cuisine, I find Asian food interesting lately.
