What recipe of Racheal's have you tried?

I got "thumbs up" on Racheal's pecan Chicken. It was so easy to make too! What have you tried?

The question should be: What haven't I tried.....

Her baked meatballs are terrific. I used Italian sausage in place of the ground beef.

Steamed dumplings (Gyoza) is also tasty.

Most of her burgers are good, and her quesadilla's are super simple.

The stuffed Portabello mushrooms are sinful.

As you can see, I'm a major Ray Ray fan :P

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I also have tried many of RR's recipies. The Penne with Vodka cream sauce is really good. I also really liked the chicken cordon bleu burgers. Oh, and the cheesy orzo is realy simple but really good. I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of for now.

Recipes of Racheal's

I honestly have tried about everything from 30MM except seafood or mushroom recipes. Those things I can do without! I enjoy the comfort food most of all. I am a very southerm gal!

Most recently (this week) I made RR's Meatball and Macaroni Soup. We loved it, but next time I might add parsley to the meatballs. We'll probably try her potato soup this weekend. Oh, and yesterday's French onion soup looked good, too.

Her Chili made with ground turkey is delicous, especially the next day after the flavors all blend together. Also, make her Monterey Jack Cheese Corn Cake Toppers to go on this chilli for a special treat. Her Turkey Burgers are real good too!!
