Yes...both he and Gaida! What the heck is their secret!
Hmmm...maybe they just cook - they don't eat!

Two Words...
Self Control!
I also have learned from watching MC on Napastyle that he does not eat a lot of meat and when he does, it is in small amounts. To quote him from a previous episode:
"We are getting away from that large slab of protein on our plates". Actually I believe that was Jeff Dawson of Copia that said it but MC agreed and I also remember that he was doing a show in which he stated that he does not eat much meat anymore. He did not say he was a vegetarian. He just said that he does not eat much meat.
Plus as busy as he apparently is, how can you not stay fit?
J
PS: Do you think that MC thinks I am a stalker? (LOL)

fit?
thanks for the compliments....fit is a little realitive...I was a wrestler in college so some of the watch your weight came from that. Love to cycle both on the road up here and in spin classes. I do think that eating full flavored foods fill you up faster. I must confess to having steak tonight (this usually follow a hard days work in the vineyard....like today) but only 4 ounces or so. My trick is I eat the veggies first...the volumne fills me faster.
Trick number 2- I do one or two fasts a year (actually a detox cleanse) you all should give it a try. Tends to reset your body eating clock etc.
Keep cookin
mc
