What about setting up a section for people who are on a specialty diet or restricted diet, such as salt free, or gluten free, or even nut and allergen free. I'm finding a lot more people are living with restrictions and need help to cope.

I was just coming here to suggest this very same thing! I think it'd be great to have a cooking-for-allergies section.

that and a vegetarian/vegan section would be lovely as well.

I third that, I am always on the lookout for lowfat foods, even though I sometimes fall victims to many other delicious foods. I suffer from not preparing for the healthy foods in advance.
