Pork BBQ

Description: Easy and delicious pork BBQ made in the crockpot.
|
| Ingredients: |
- Pork tenderloin
- 1 packet Lipton's Golden Onion Seasoning Mix
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- BBQ sauce to taste
|
| Instructions: |
- Place pork tenderloin in the crockpot
- Add 1 packet of Lipton Golden Onion Seasoning Soup Mix
- Add 1 cup of water
- Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 5-6 hours.
- About 30 minutes-1 hour from the end using 2 forks shred the pork into pieces.
- Add 3/4 c. of your favorite BBQ sauce and finish cooking.
- If desired, when eating each person can add extra BBQ sauce to their own sandwich.
