Boy all those pies sure did look good!!!!! Did you have a favorite one? I think I like the "Guy Pie".

Something strange happened to my messages last night...look back and see on the one we were wriiting on last night about Gigi's recipes

Well, where I wrote it said it was Joan and then I wrote a few more and I didn't have the hat (Avatar)PHYL-1 I wrote to Stroogle then and again now...but I already had registered under Lambycop...so I came on now with that name....How long does it take to fix my PHYL-1 so I can get on with that name...do you know anything about it...but first look at yesterday's ----on the end and you'll see something went crazy...

I just hope they can fix it today...

Seems easy to do...mixture of a coconut and banana....

I would put in more banana's tho

and I wouldn't mix the coconut with the pudding...I think I would layer it....look at me trying to fix a

hahhaaa can I pick the pie and the winner or what?? I said that was my choice. You really have to mix the coconut with the pudding otherwise it will dry out, being those thin shavings.

I think to thick a layer banana is over powering and so a little goes along way. Doing it on TV in the short amount of time that they allow is very difficult. I bet that when Emeril or the winner does it at home they adjust the layers and amounts better.

I think the huge amount of whipped cream is really for show and makes a nice bed for the shavings of chocolate to land in. You know how Emeril lives to play with the audience and all. Talk about a rich pie, one slice of that and it would be 5 lbs easy.

There was a bunch of email sent in to GMA and I believe that they were going to give it to Emeril. It is Alden's birthday and they did receive a ton of well wishes and wanted to make sure that Emeril and Alden got it.

At least that was what I was told in response to my email and well wishes...that it would be passed along for sure.
