Has anybody seen Paula Deen's Cheese round? It looked really, really good and had some nice reviews, I have a recipe from Rachel Ray for a stuffed sandwich that is close to your muffeletta, that also got good reviews. It was just so wonderful last Christmas to make something quick & easy (Paula Deen's coated peacans) and have everyone RAVE about them! I even got requests to bring them to the picnic! I guess I'm just sick & tired of being thought of as the "Soda & chip" person. I want to make something new, truly out-of -this-world-good that will knock there socks off, (without to many steps!) Sara Moltin I'm NOT!!

Wow Texasmesquite! I think I'd like to have that recipe. That sounds really healthy too. Do you mind posting it for me? Thanks.

Hi Sonal - You can either buy an already made Angel Food cake or buy the mix (they are great), Slice the fresh berries (don't add sugar to them) place them on the sliced Angel Food cake top with the Mascopone. Yum
FYI - Diabetics are allowed Angel Food cake.

Jogirl - a hint to make your life easier - buy the frozen mixed berries or strawberries (without sugar). I have gotten the mixed - rasberries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries frozen. This package was so much cheaper than buying them fresh. They were excellent and less than $2 a package.

Glad you settled on a recipe Jogirl. And thanks Texasmesquite because there can't be an easier recipe to make. I think I'll get the ready made cake and add the stawberries and mascapone.
