I enjoy doing research, and will do my best to uncover the answers for us all.

What is the history of this type of cooking?

How did this food become connected to this particular holiday?

Who invented this recipe?

I hope to include topics such as Foods of the Great Depression, Cooking on the Homefront, WWI and WWII, Ration-book Recipes, and other fun facts as I go along.
