My e-mail thanking Michael for his visit!

Hi Eileen,

I would like you to thank Michael for his recent visit to our forum. I hope he will continue with more frequent visits when he can. I wish I could take some of the rains from there. We, in Texas are in big need of some soaking rains.

I also, would like to make a suggestion. Would Michael consider to have his own magazine? Many of the Food Network Chefs have their own magazines out. I think Michael's magazine would be such a success. He could give some great insights and pictures into beautiful Napa Valley. We could use and love some of Michael's healthy recipes. Also, what is happening in Napa Valley (festivals, cooking contests, wine tasting events, etc.....), where to visit there, etc......

Cordially,

Anne aka texasmesquite

I think that is a great idea, plus folks need to be able to ask chef's questions that they need answers to.

I get questions all the time on how to store food, is it still good, how to cook it. Also is a double egg yolk counted as one egg or two, etc.

Many folks don't know where to go for the answers or they are embrassed to ask in person but wouldn't be in writting.
