Macaroni Pizza Style
1 lb. ground chuck
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) diced Italian tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
dash of garlic powder
8 oz. macaroni
2 cups shredded Mozzarella
1 pkg. pepperoni slices
assorted pizza toppings (mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc.)
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside. Brown meat and onions in large skillet; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and spices. Add macaroni to meat mixture and mix well. Put mixture into casserole dish.
Top with cheese, pepperoni, and any other toppings you want. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
