Lobstah Lovah
Hey,
I live in New England and as my name may indicate I love lobstah. Luckily I have a friend who owns a lobster pound so I get it pretty cheap. I love t eat and love to cook anything that incorporates local flavor.

Hi Lobstah - welcome to this forum. I envy you with your lobster supplier, lucky you. I understand lobster is very low in cholesterol. That makes eating lobster even better. I hope you will be able to provide some of your local flavored recipes? Looking forward to your posts.
