Today I recieved two really old email postings from Hometalk like they were brand new. This is not the first time this has happened and I was wondering if anyone else was having the samething happening to them?

its because you are subscribed to those threads and when someone responds inside of one you get notified of it. You can control your subscriptions inside your userCP.

That means someone had dig up your old posts or replies to a post. The good thing with this kind of forum is that, even the post is old already, we still use them in the future.
