Description:
I have just been turned onto curry from a friend of mine and hunting down recipes to experiment my new found taste with. This is the latest from this afternoons brunch.
Ingredients:
  1. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked and diced
  2. 1 stalk celery, chopped
  3. 1/2 onion, chopped
  4. 1 small apple - peeled, cored and chopped
  5. 1/3 cup golden raisins
  6. 1/3 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  7. 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
  8. 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  9. 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  10. 3/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
  1. In a large salad bowl combine the chicken, celery, onion, apple, raisins, grapes, pecans, pepper, curry powder and mayonnaise. Mix all together, tossing to coat. Salad is ready to serve!
