This is apparently an old article but I had never seen it before. I saw the show but not this. I remember the guest was a journalist from Dallas and kept saying to Tyler that "it's a huge undertaking" when it came to cooking a pig. Anyways here's the article

This was a good article, thanks, Sonal. I have one question though: why on earth would Food Network frown on showing an entire pig? That makes no sense at all.
