Time:
4 hours
Difficulty:
Easy
Serving Size:
1/2 c prepared tapioca
|
Description: Tapioca is one of my favorite desserts, but to make it from scratch is a pain. Crockpot tapioca is painless, easy, and delicious!
|
| Ingredients: |
- 1/2 c Small Tapioca Pearls
- 4 c milk
- 2/3 c sugar
- 1 beaten egg
|
| Instructions: |
- Mix everything together in your crockpot, turn it on. High will have it done in about 2-3 hours, and low 4-6 hours.

Sounds so easy
I love tapioca pudding but didn't know how to make it. I'll have to try it in the crockpot since it sounds so easy to do. I noticed you say you can cook at high or low - does it make any difference to taste or texture?

I agree that it might be nice to try this too. I have long loved the pudding but always seem to burn the pan. This would make it much easier for me to make it.

I have never tried tapioca pudding. It did not look very good and I really can't stand warm puddings. But, this recipe looks very easy and ya'll make it sound quite tasty. I might just try it!
