Cappuccino Mix
1/2 cup instant Coffee
1 cup powdered chocolate drink mix
3/4 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1/2 cup sugar (note could be optional)
1/2 cup ground cinnamon
In a medium bowl, combine coffee granules. chocolate drink mix, creamer, sugar (if used) and cinnamon. Stir until well blended. Spoon into decorative jars.
Cappuccino
Combine 1/4 cup of the Cappuccino Mix with 8 ounces of boiling water. Stir to blend. Serve with whipped cream. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and use cinnamon stick as stirrer.
