Best way to cook a brisket on a charcoal grill?
We do not have a smoker. We have a nice big brisket to cook, planning to marinate it first. Have you ever cooked one on the grill like that and if so, how did it turn out? Would you cook it just like ribs or steak?

Rule of thumb for a brisket is "low & slow", and never over direct heat. Give it 2-3 hours, and don't let it dry out. It is actually one of the best cuts for grilling! Enjoy!
