Amazing Chef
Wolfgang Puck is an amazing chef and businessman. He started training to be a chef at age 14 and now he has restaurants all over the world. Has anybody been to one of his restaurants in Las Vegas? I keep meaning to stop in, but I am always busy loosing my money.
If you visit his "official" website he also has many recipes available. They all look yummy! I am going to try his Asian Burger recipe.

I've always had a ton of admiration for this guy. Definitely one of my favorite chefs, and i'd love to have him as a teacher! Funny enough, i've never visited his website before. Can you provide me a link by any chance?
And yes, i've been to one of his resturaunts before. Food was superb!

Anyway, i've been to Wolfgang's "American Grille" at the Borgata casino in Atlantic City. Very nice food, and it was surprisingly affordable all things considered. When I get the chance, i'd love to check out some of his other resturaunts.

Since I first posted I have noticed Wolfgang Puck's products in the grocery store. He has a selection of canned soups and right next to the California frozen pizzas is.... (drum roll) Wolfgang's frozen pizzas. I'll have to try the pizzas because I like the California Pizzas.

Wow, he's selling stuff in grocery stores now? Surprised I never noticed it before. Either that, or maybe my local stores just don't carry it?

Yeah...I never saw any Wolfgang Puck products around here either. But hell, I would LOVE to try them! The soup especially would be excellent I think.

Chef Puck
Tell you all some inside information on Chef Puck that you might find interesting. When I was in culinary school in Chicago we all use to try like hell to get a job in his places. The reason is because he paid the best, but the trick was to work for him not with him!!!! He was a player and you had to keep on your toes He's food was good but his places could of been just a little cleaner.
