Alton Brown Appearance
I just received my January/February 2005 schedule of events from Apron's Cooking School that is part of Publix Markets in Florida.
AB will be appearing on January 17,2005 at the Tampa location only. The cost is $75. The Book signing is 3-4 pm and there is a presentation at 6pm.
He will feature his latest abbot about what happens when food meets heat, "I'm Just Here for More Food". Alton will chare an informative talk that is sure to be a blend of wit with wisdom, and science with common cooking sense. Afterwards, there will be a reception time featuring some of Alton's recipes and the chance to have cookbooks signed.
