I'm trying to eat healthier so this summer I don't have to graduate to the next jeans size...LOL..so I've been making low fat muffins without real sugar but a sweetner I ordered called "Whey low". You use it just like sugar ounce per ounce, cup per cup..etc..

The last muffins I made were banana and pecan...after they are cooled we spread either Smuckers jam or smart balance butter on them...or 1/3 less fat cramed cheese...with some fruit juice dish of fruit it's very filling.
